Given a number num, select the first d decimal places and pronounce the digits (in English). The function returns the pronunciation as a character array.
For example,
- if num is π and d is 2, the function should return 'three point one four'
- if num is 5 and d is 2, the function should return 'five point zero zero'
To simplify, we consider positive numbers less than 10.
