I think this problem still needs to be moved out of this problem group.

Find x rows where the sum of the numbers is the maximum. For example: when x is 2 and m is
2 3 5
0 2 3
5 5 6
0 9 4
then y =
5 5 6
2 3 5

Shouldn't y be
5 5 6
0 9 4 ?
as 13>10
