The tests need to use a more precise value for a certain constant.

The +/- 25% in the problem statement does not match the test results.

it seems the test result is centimeter, not nanometer

A great physics problem. However, it does not work with a more accurate value of speed of light, namely
c = 299,792 kilometers per second
