I may be wrong, but I think the test suite is using an incorrect conversion factor.
Yes. Obviously, the Yaz pound is slightly different from the imperial pound.
My apologies, I copied the conversion factor wrong, it's fixed now!
Test 3/Test 4 are broken (should be a single test but comment has broken it into two).
Broken test case (3/4) are fixed.
