- Go to the MathWorks License Center.
- Click the Network Concurrent or Network Named User license from the list of licenses.
- Click the "Install and Activate" tab.
- Click "Get File Installation Key."

This usually indicates that you are using a File Installation Key for an Individual or Designated Computer license instead of a Network Concurrent or Network Named User license. To get a new File Installation Key:
On Network Concurrent or Network Named User licenses, this button will only be visible to license administrators. If you do not see this button on your Network Concurrent or Network Named User license, click the "Contact Administrators" tab to see your license administrator's contact information.
