How do I get the support package installation log?

I am unable to install the support packages on my MATLAB. The installation errors out with the error "Contact Technical Support" with no hint of what went wrong. Is there an installation log I can refer to see what went wrong?

The support package installation details are logged in a file in the temp directory in your computer. You can fetch the file as mentioned below:

1. Open MATLAB where you are trying to install the support package.
2. On MATLAB command window, execute the command: cd(tempdir)
3. In the tempdir directory, you can see a file titled mathworks_<your_username>.log

Open the installation log to see the installation failure reasons.

Failed to download the third-party software:
