Buy Add-Ons Error

I bought MATLAB and Simulink.
At that time, I didn't know that I need Symbolic Math Toolbox to use 'syms' command.
So I clicked 'Buy Add-Ons' to buy Add-Ons.
But, it showed me the error like this.
'Unable to complete your request at this time. Contact Sales for assistance.'
I already used Service Requests but it didn't give me a help.
So I need your help.
What should I do to buy Add-Ons?

Your license is showing as a Trial license -- all of your licenses are showing as Trial licenses. There is no purchased license listed against your account (at least not yet -- there can sometimes be a delay of up to 2 business days for an order to be processed.)
The steps you went through, it would not let you buy toolboxes because as far as that system can tell, you have not purchased MATLAB yet, only obtained a trial for it.
If you have an active trial and want to add more toolboxes to the trial, there are other ways to do that.

If you have a valid license number that is not shown by any chance, check if you can follow above procedure by linking it (click on Link an additional license)

Notice your June 30th purchase is a 4 series license, but the My Software list are all 7 series licenses. I do not know why your 4 series license is not showing up on the My Software list.

what is wrong with the store, I just want buy add-on. when I check out, then the errors showed up

There was a report of a degradation in service in MathWorks Store the morning of November 16th according to the application status page. It has been reported fixed, so please try again.

Thanks for your info, but it still doesn't work. Yesterday we can still purchase the software, but crash today.
Since it is not the problem of my computer, I suppose I will try to buy add-on another day, see if any problem then.
