Compare the rows of an array with another one's array

Hi all,

I have an Array A with dimensions [3500 x 5]

And a second array B with dimensions [13x5]

How can I check every row of array A to see if it is the same with any row of B? (practically crosscheck every row of array A with ALL rows of array B)!

is there any easy way to do it?
