In problem-based optimization. can i use divide. please look into attachment and guide me. thank you.

No, that is not possible. The solver you are using is restricted to linear or quadratic problems, but your equations involve the ratio of two polynomials, which is something that can never be approximated by a polynomial because the ratio of two polynomial always has singularities (on the complex plane at least.)

is there any other solver. fmincon?

If you want to replace "objec" by "objec3", fmincon is the only choice.
