Zener Diode model for SimScape

Hi All,

Does anybody know where I could find a Zener Diode model for SimScape, alternatively I could use the Zener model from ‘power_zener’, however I cannot find a conversion from Power System to SimScape?

I didn't have the simscape electronics library installed, I have now downloaded and implemented the Zener diode.

Hi,

You probably don’t have the electronics libary installed.

If you’re a student you can probably log in through your university account and add the library, if you’re a professional or private user you’ll need to purchase the additional libary.

Alternatively, if it’s not imperative that a zenor diode is used, you can implement a switch and diode arrangement like I have shown above.
