Use PWM to control Speed of brushless dc motor!

I am using demo 'power_brushlessDCmotor' model and adds in PWM generator to control the speed of the motor. PWM input is the ouput of the PID and will product with the gates/hallsensor output to be the gates input. But I am unable to simulate this and get the output. can anyone please kindly guide me in adding PWM in this current model? Thanks in advance.
