converting .out into .hex

hello ,

iam using texas instrument it and in build the program using simulink. the kit deals with .out file but i want to simulate the program on proteus simulator which needs .hex file. Is there any tool to convert .out into .hex?

Which of the applications listed as being associated with the OUT extension created the file? Which of the applications listed as being associated with the HEX extension needs to be able to read in the file? Or are the application that generated the file and/or the application that needs to read the file not on the appropriate pages above?

If you know the format of the file you want to convert and the format to which you want to convert it, it's possible. If not it'll be like converting a document between two languages, neither of which you understand.
