I need to input varying frequency in sine wave how can i do that?

Try looking at the function "vco" in the Signal Processing Toolbox

Use chirp() or do it manually like this:
numPoints = 400;
freqs = linspace(.01, .05, numPoints);
x = 1 : numPoints;
y = sin(2 * pi * freqs .* x);
plot(x, y, 'b-', 'LineWidth', 2);
grid on;
% Enlarge figure to full screen.
set(gcf, 'Units', 'Normalized', 'OuterPosition', [0 0 1 1]);
