My school offers a campus-wide license for Matlab downloads. Is there somewhere on the Mathworks website I can go to put in my student/school information and download for free?

You should contact your school's IT department. They should be able to give you instructions on how to install using the campus-wide license.

You submitted a request about a different topic to MathWorks yesterday. In case your university cannot help you quickly enough, consider contact MathWorks service again.
Steven Lord is correct about contacting your universities computer center, IT, etc. But maybe there is an opportunity they collaborate with MathWorks to identify a better way of communicating the availability of their investments. Looks you are new at this university. I know of several universities having MATLAB in a "welcome kit" the new students get at day 1.
