Upon learning new commands, matlab help database is extremely useful, but upon doing practice, I would like to find and fix my mistakes by myself. So is there a way of DISABLING those wardings and red lines under the problematic part?

Those Code Analyzer messages are tools that are there to help you more quickly and easily locate potential problems, but if you want to disable them go into the Preferences item on the Home tab. In the group MATLAB there is an item named Code Analyzer, which allows you to disable or enable those messages.
