How to expand a matrix and interpolate between values?

I have a .mat file that is a 3x2 array. The first column contains hourly data but I would like it to be seconds and interpolate the values in between.
An example would be:

Any help is very much appreciated.

Are you interpolating values? From your example, it appears you just want to assign the hourly value to each second in that hour.

Hi! Thanks. Retime is exactly the function I need to use. However, I tried using retime with my .mat file but it does not interpolate the second column:

My bad, had to change "," to ".". This has solved my problem thank you very much!

I believe you can simply use interp1 if you have a matrix. Otherwise if you have a table, you can make the syntax changes necessary for a table, or convert the table to a matrix with table2array.
m = [1, 1.1;

This is frustrating.
The seconds function should automatically convert the hours to seconds and change the unit as well.

It simply should not be necessary to go through all this. The conversion should be straightforward.

I think the conversion is straightforward. I did discover that seconds converts between duration and numeric array rather than preserving duration, so I called it twice.
Time = [1;2;3];
Degrees = [1.1; 5.6; 3.2];
Th = timetable(hours(Time), Degrees)
Th = 3x1 timetable
Time Degrees

% convert to seconds

Converting the hours to seconds first is definitely the way to go. Still, my original approach (interpolating using retime and then converting) should also work.
