Can you provide more details? Are there error messages? Pop ups? What are you seeing?

Do none of the Add-One you want to install successfully install or is it only certain Add-Ons that fail to install? If the latter, which one(s) fail to install?

I am getting a similiar issue in my mac (apple chip) with MATLAB 2024a prerelease. It works well on my home computer (mac with an intel chip). The solutions provided here do not seem to help.

Even I am facing issues installing the Signal Processing Toolbox for MATLAB 2024a prerelease.
The installation of another toolbox, namely, Partial Differential Equation, worked just fine.

I wonder if it is related to this issue. Still, it seems odd that it is affecting just one toolbox. I suggest contacting support.

Hello,
I understand that you are unable to install Add-Ons after logging into MATLAB. Here are the few workarounds you could try:
- Manually install the Add-On by downloading the installation file from the MATLAB File Exchange website and by installing it locally.
- Reinstall the MATLAB because if the installation is not proper, this kind of issues may occur.
- Make sure you have the latest version of MATLAB installed on your system. You can check for updates by going to the "Home" tab in MATLAB and clicking on "Check for Updates” in Help section.
- If the above workarounds do not work, redownload the installer from the MathWorks website. You can visit this page to get the latest release of MATLAB.
Hope this helps!
