I'm using Twincat 3 Interface for Matlab/Simulink and I have often the following error on Simulink blocks from this library :
I don't have problems to write or read ADS data with Matlab functions. Did anyone have this problem before ?

Hi Coline,
As per my understanding of the question, the error message you are seeing ("Error reported by - S- function 'MatlabRuntime'") is typically related to an issue with the setup or configuration of the TwinCAT 3 Interface for Matlab/Simulink.
Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the installation: Make sure that you have correctly installed the TwinCAT 3 Interface for Matlab/Simulink and that it is compatible with your version of MATLAB and Simulink.
Check the environment: Verify that your MATLAB and Simulink environment is properly configured to work with TwinCAT 3. Make sure that the required toolboxes and packages are installed and that the correct paths are added to the MATLAB path.
Check the block parameters. Check the target system: Verify that your TwinCAT 3 target system is properly configured and running without any errors. Make sure that it is connected to the same network as your development computer and that the necessary ports and firewall settings are set up correctly.
If you are still unable to resolve the issue, you can try contacting the support team for the TwinCAT 3 Interface for Matlab/Simulink for further assistance.
Thanks
