Why does probsetlink generate a broken link?

I have been using probesetlink to generate a URL inside the Bioinformatics Toolbox. Why do I now get an Error 404 - Not Found when I try to use the URL?

The Bioinformatics Toolbox is no longer able to use NetAffx Analysis Center to generate valid URLs as of March 31, 2022. As a result, URLs generated by probesetlink are no longer functional.
