- Change the email address on your existing MathWorks account to your school's email address. Click here to do this.
- Verify your school email with the verification email that was sent to you.
- Go to your school's MATLAB portal page. You can often find this by searching for your school's name followed by "MATLAB" on a web search engine and clicking the first result. An example would be searching for "Framingham State University MATLAB" on Google. If you cannot find your school's portal page, contact your school's IT department or your class's professor.
- Select "Sign in to get started". If you are not redirected to your school's login page, try loading your school's portal page in a different browser or in an Incognito/Private browser window.
- Sign in with your school's login information.
- Go to mathworks.com/mwaccount and you should now see your school license linked to your account.
Why am I continuously asked to create a MathWorks Account or sign in after creating one with my University email?

I can't make a MathWorks account with my school email address and I already have another MathWorks account. I seem to be stuck in a loop during creation.

When I try to link my MathWorks account to my school's campus-wide license, I seem to be stuck in a loop that asks me to sign in to my MathWorks account, but after I do that, my school's license does not appear on my account. I am unable to create an account with my school email address.
How can I fix this?

If you tried to link your MathWorks account to your school's license, but your MathWorks account email address is not your school email address, then your account will not link to your school's license and you will not be able to create a new MathWorks account with your school email address. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
If you already have a MathWorks account with your school email address, then you should sign into mathworks.com with this email address.
