About interpolation pressure & temperature

Hello. I attached observed Pressure and Temperature.

Pressure was not observed in same interval.

So I want to make Pressure in same interval .

ex)Press=[5 6 7 8 9 10 11]

And also want to get Temperature of Pressure which has same interval.

The are multiple ways to sort the structure fields data points-

Procedure 1:

b=load('Tempe.mat');
temp_data=sort(vertcat(b.TT))

Procedure 2:

Struct2array
cell2mat

Procedure 3:

struct2table

Do the operation

Revert back to original form
