Error "MathWorks Account Unavailable - Technical Issue " when trying to university license

Hi,

I am a current student at Technische Universitaet Wien (Technical University Vienna) and have just tried to optain a license for my account through the university portal with MathWorks (https://de.mathworks.com/academia/tah-portal/technische-universitat-wien-30338656.html).

However, when trying to do so and sign into my account after my identity was confirmed by the authentication system by my uni, the following error occurs:

"MathWorks Account Unavailable - Technical Issue

Due to a temporary problem, MathWorks Account is unavailable. Try again later.

If this problem persists, contact support."

I have already tried to clear my browsing cache and cookies and restart the browser (actually tried several of them) but the problem persists.

Could you advise me on how to resolve the issue?

I cannot contact customer support via the support service, since this requires a license key which I do not have (as this is my problem).

Are you able to use MATLAB Online, http://matlab.mathworks.com

When did you attempt to connect to that portal? Looking at the MathWorks Application Status page it appears there was an issue on May 24th that could have prevented you from connecting, but I see no current outages as I type this message.

I tried it yesterday, about an hour before I wrote the post. Tried it again today and the same error still appears
