Converting Double-Precision Design to Embedded Efficient Fixed-Point Design
This video highlights the workflow and some of the key features in the Fixed-Point Designer™ that can help you convert your ideal double-precision floating-point design to an embedded efficient fixed-point design for your target microprocessor or FPGA hardware.
It demonstrates how you can use Fixed-Point Designer to analyze your design by proposing a certain word length as a data type proposal, and in three easy clicks, compare the numerical behavior of the ideal design with the quantized behavior.
