The Blue Monkey Algorithm (BMA) is a nature-inspired metaheuristic optimization algorithm that simulates the social behavior of blue monkeys. It was proposed by Ghasemi et al. in 2017. Blue monkeys are known for their social hierarchy and communication skills, which are emulated in the algorithm to optimize problem solutions.
