Problem 51975. Compute a sum of Ramanujan

Srinivasa Ramanujan defined the following function:
phi(a) = 1+2 Sum[1/((a k)^3 - a k),{k,1,infinity}]
Write a function to compute phi(a) for various values of a. See also Cody Problems 45960 and 46000.
