cipher_key_3=[ 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 1];

eg x=12345
if y=1
output y=23456
if y=2 x=23456
output=12345;
Hint : index : 1:3:end -> key 1
2:3:end -> key 2
3:3:end -> key 3
