Problem 2392. Find the coefficient of a number in scientifc notation
Given a non-negative real number N, find the coefficient C and the exponent E of its scientific notation (N = C 10^E). Note that 0 <= C < 10
Examples:
Input N = 1024 Output C = 1.024 E = 3
Input N = 0.0589 Output C = 5.89 E = -2
