Let a vector x be the input to our function.
1. If a value of an input vector element x is lower than 0, set this value to 0.
2. If a value of an input vector element x is greater than 1, set this value to 1.
3. Calculate the polynomial of the limited input vector x (0 ... 1) with:
y = 10 * x^3 - 15 * x^4 + 6 * x^5
