Steady state Response of a 6dof system under Harmonic loading

I have a 6dof system with Equartion of motion
Here M is mass matrix, K is stiffness matrix and D is hysterisis damping matrix. The right hand side is the harmonic force component.
The steady state solution of the equation is
Here K ,M & D are 6x6 matrices , f is 6x1 vector and ω is the forcing frequency
How can i obtain the response x over a range of forcing frequency(ω) of 0-100Hz , for a given K,M,D,f and t.
