Error in reinstalling MATLAB and simulink

Recently MATLAB showed me there's a new version is available so I decided to update the software but after few minutes the window closed automatically, after that when i tried to run MATLAB its not opening and when I try to reinstall it gives an error like this(i'm attaching the screenshot). please HELP!
