cann't connect to the self paced course

The networking connection are normal. However, I cannot connect to all self paced courses as long as I clicked into the resume or lunch buttons.

Ideally the self paced courses are available for all the valid MATLAB License holders. If you are unable to access it or the time to complete the course has expired and you need additional time to complete this training due to extenuating circumstances, you can email a request to: [e-mail]
