Evidently it needs exampleUti​ls to be defined in advance.
Where did you come across that expression?

i was searching in the more apps portion,there in the HDL code i find few examples and every one of them when i tried to run in the command window,showed me this

This seems to be an installation issue.
Can you try reinstall and if that doesn't work, can you contact support@mathworks.com?
