system function is link between simulink and gui to make radar system

first,the problem is Simulink take long time to start the simulation (inf) so I want the best solver make Simulink faster.
second , after simulation started s -function make the system go slow why ? and is the only to link Simulink and gui to run it with inf time or real time that s-function or there other simple way can I use it
