I want to cite the whole MATLAB environment, not a specific toolbox or program. I've searched but I didn't find the citation.
How can I do that?

For citing software products and such in an academic paper, it is usually considered acceptable, and often preferred, just to include a footnote with the URL. Iin this case, mathworks.com is probably sufficient.

Suppose you want to cite a reference from MATLAB for example a mesh over space shuttle nose in a research article publication in journal,
You could put it in Reference section as,
Sambit Supriya Dash (2021). 3D Mesh Over a Space Shuttle Nose to Capture Flow Around It (https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/92328-3d-mesh-over-a-space-shuttle-nose-to-capture-flow-around-it), MATLAB Central File Exchange. Retrieved June 8, 2021.
And it is acceptable by scientific community
