motor control by simulink and F28379d

Hi, I try to use simulink and 28379D launchpad to control PMSM motor.
I change the model in simulink, for example, Changing the output of speed and position, but it didn't work since the host model still display the output of previous model.
I think it may caused by not overlay completely.
BUT,
when I build blinkLED model instead of motor control model into launchpad, the host model still display the output of motor control model, and the LED also blinking as I wanted, which illustrate the blinkLED model is build into launchpad successfully. it makes me very confused.
Logically, the motor control model is overlaid by blinkLED model, the host model can't receive any outputs...
