Plot menubar on a standalone executable.

Hi all,
The problem concerns the menu bar when I'm using a simple plot.
On a standalone executable, this menu is reduced to the "File..." choice only. I would like to access the "Tools" menu for example.
Hope you know how to help me. Maxime.
