How to create fresnel diagram profiles

I have a project where i need to use SRTM terrain altitudes data in order to produce fresnel diagram profiles between certain latitude and longitude coordinates. Is it possible to modify the radiocover.m function to produce these results? I have no experiense with matlab code.

radiocover.m is not a part of Matlab, such that we cannot guess what you are exactly talking about. Please edit the question and post the relevant details.
