Can't connect to USRP N321(or N310)

I setup the N321 follow the step ，but it prompts that the N321 cannot be found, and I have ruled out many situations and have not solved it. Can you give me some suggestions？ And how should I ensure that the host can connect to N321.

Hi

Please follow the Recommended action and click on "Assign IP Address" button, and you should be able to see the detection result successful, once the IP address is set as per the recommended action.

I have the same problem... No success using your approach. Firewall is down for the specific interface and pinging works fine...

By the way: I am using two USRPs N310 with XG FPGA image, allowing two 10Gigabit Ethernet NICs...

uhd_config_info --version says I am on UHD 3.15.0.0-0-gaea0e2de

Have you changed the default IP addresses of the SFP 0 port? The Hardware Setup App works for default IP address of 192.168.10.2 for SFP port 0

What happens after you click on "Assign IP Address" button on the Hardware Setup App?

In my case the hardware is correctly detected in this step. When I click next, Matlab start checking if the FPGA image is compatible (on the SD card) and this step takes forever. It never finish loading.

Although I am sure that the FPGA image on the SD card is compatible. When I run findsdru, I get no device found. Although two days ago everything was fine, I could use the N310 with Matlab with no issues. I did not change anything so I really don't understand why today Matlab is not detecting the N310. I can still ping the device but not more. Matlab does not see it although the FPGA image is 100% compatible.

Does anyone know what is the problem ??
