Why I cannot use Add-On Explorer?

I want to install Deep Network support package but when I want to Add-On Explorer, I got message like this:-

Error using showError (line 9)

Error in Connector: Did not start the server. Desired port was: 31515. Last error was: Failed

to start server: 127.0.0.1:31614

Error in matlab.addons.supportpackage.internal.explorer.showSupportPackages (line 14)

showError(exception);

So, what should I do? Please someone help me regarding this issues.
