Link star-ccm+ with matlab

Hi everyone,
I am considering to open and work on a star-ccm+ file in matlab. In 2017, according to:
https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/18719-link-star-ccm-and-matlab?s_tid=ta_ans_results ,
it was not possible.
Is this still the case in 2021?
