Hi guys,
I'm trying to use MATLAB GUI for my project. Do you happen to know how to show pzmap plot into app.UIAxes?

There are two pzmap().
For one of them, you pass in numeric parameters representing the state space of poles and zeros, and it constructs a system for you and draws the plot. This version cannot be passed information about where to draw, so it always ends up drawing in a traditional figure.
The second of the two pzmap(), you pass in a system that has already been constructed, such as a tf() . If you use this version, then you can pass a uiaxes as the first parameter and it will use that to draw into.

No, that pzmap() code can never draw into a uiaxes. In order to use that function you would have to let it draw into a traditional axes and then copy the contents over to the uiaxes.
Use the other pzmap() function instead:
sys = tf(numerator, denominator);
pzmap(app.UIAxes, sys);
