You need to put a closed bracket at the end ')' in the last term.
yy.data(:,4) * (yy.data(:,4))
But I suspect, there will be error in multiplication. You need to use
yy.data(:,4) .* yy.data(:,4)
Or
yy.data(:,4).^2

actually, it was reported that the marix multiplication would not be possible, since its a 396x4 matrix. Seeking the appropriate way to create a column (from formular shown in image) for each row!
yy.data(:,4).^2 is working but not giving the desired outcome. Row one should be (1 - 0.52 - 0.14 - 0.11 = a, therefore, yy.data(1,5) should be = a X 0.11 = 0.0253. But, I am receiving 0.3279.
Any code I can use for this?
