problem installing-Simuink support package for Arduino

I am having following problem while im trying silent installation on Windows 10
"SupportPackageInstaller.exe -downloadfolder C:\Users\hp\Downloads\MathWorks\SupportPackages\R2020a -inputfile C:\Users\hp\Downloads\MathWorks\SupportPackages\R2020a\ssi_input.txt"
↑
Error: Invalid expression. Check for missing multiplication operator, missing or unbalanced delimiters, or other syntax
error. To construct matrices, use brackets instead of parentheses.
please help!
