MatLab script to compare test reports

I am looking to create a script that will take a baseline test report, search the report for all numerical values, then compare the baseline report figures with at least 10 other reports and plot them. After plotting, deltas will be calculated and added to a .ppt in descending order (highest delta first).

Any support or suggestions to make this script a reality would be greatly appreciated! My workflow would drastically improve if I could make this happen.
