Error in 'findpeaks' im not sure what the issue is

Y1 = table2array(Y);
Y2 = detrend(Y1);
for i=1:32
[pks,locs] = findpeaks(Y2(:,i));
meanWH(i) = mean(pks);
meanWL(i) = mean(diff(locs));
end
Error

'findpeaks' requires Signal Processing Toolbox.

[pks,locs] = findpeaks(Y2(:,i));

it believes that Signal Processing Toolbox is either not installed or not licensed.
