How can I remove a noise from wave signal in matlab

Hello everybody, I have a wave signal with noise, how can I remove this noise in matlab?

This question is far too general to be answered efficiently. What kind of signal? Do you have any idea about the nature of the noise. A broad answer to an equally broad question: please read a book on signal processing.
