Linking physical domain to mathematical model

2 views (last 30 days)
Hi!
I am trying to implement DTC of PMSM. The PMSM model was created by me following the mathematical equations. Howver, the strategy requires me to feed 3 phase voltages out of an inverter to the motor model. I have used the inverter model available in SimScape along with a 3-phase V-I measurement block. However, I cannot figure out how to link the voltages in the physical domain to the motor model. I observed that in the PMSM model from SimScape, there is a powersysdomain that is acheiving this task. How can I go about acheiving the same in the model that I created?
Thank You

I am missing something here.
What is (or are) are ‘... DTC of PMSM ...’?

Direct Torque Control (DTC) is what I mean

If the model is implemented in Simulink then you can use a PS-Simulink Converter to obtain the voltage as a Simulink signal which you can then feed to the motor model. If the model is implemented in a different technology then a controlled voltage source may be used.
