Binarize image for specific colour

I need to binarize the following image so that the blue dots appear as 1 and everything else as 0. Is there any way to do that? Thank you.

Use the Color Thresholder app to generate the code needed to do this segmentation. See my 14-Oct-2019 and 25-Apr-2014 blog posts.

I suggest that you work in the L*a*b* color space. Use the a* and b* sliders to narrow down the blue pixels of interest and then generate code so that you can repeat the operation automatically.
