How to pass an array to revolute joint as input in Simscape?

I am trying out Simscape software.
I am trying to simulate a parallel mechanism or five bar mechanism in Simscape. This is two degree of freedom system which means it needs two independent motors to move the mechanism accodring to desired motion.
I have found set of angles for each motors (which will be at the begining of sea blue color and purple color link in the .slx file) for which the end point will move in a "D" shape. I want to pass these angles to revolute joint in my simscape model such that the end point moves in desired trajectory. How to pass an array to revolute joint as input in Simscape?
Could someone please hassist me on this, I will be extremely delighted.
