How to save a specific workspace variable instead of the entire workspace

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone please suggest me a way to save the workspace variable (only few) instead of the entire .mat file while performing iteration ?

3 variable that I am trying to save has the following size as,

RF_data - (128 * 955) double

Ground_Truth - (256 * 128) double

Recon_data - (256 * 128) double

I have tried the structure method .. but is there any other way ...

I did come across the save command but was a little confused.
